Software for Nokia N800

User review

This device performs as advertised, I love it!

Strengths: High-resolution display, Web Browser (Opera 8) with Flash player (v7) which makes web browsing and emailing easy to view and use

Weaknesses: Battery power only lasts for about two hours with heavy use, specifications list three hours

Summary: I have been using the Nokia 770 at work for more then six months and we upgraded to the Nokia N800 Internet Table two weeks ago. I liked it so much I just bought one for my son. This is an upgraded version of the 770. The N800 has a smooth metallic front, with a black back and a swing down stand. A very compact thin design and weights just over 7 ounces which is a lighter than before. The overall appearance is excellent (cool). I use the N800 so that I could connection to Wi-Fi hotspots or my bluetooth phone to the internet instead of hauling around my notebook. This feature works as advertised and you can auto connect to saved Wi-Fi sites. It uses Opera 8 which I feel is better the IE to browse the Web. There are more features to this device than I covered here. In short, I love this device and it works.
